Should there be a need for you to revoke or change your reservation for our Cleaning Services, you can do so. Just notify us before the contract is finalised, i.e., before you get the Order Confirmation or within a fortnight from the date of booking the service – the Cooling-off Period.
You don’t need to provide a reason if you’re simply changing your mind, and we’ll process a full refund for you. To initiate the cancellation process, send us a clear written statement through the platform. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation and confirm it back to you promptly, using a durable medium such as email.
