We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your vehicle has been meticulously cleaned up to your standards. This message will also include a photograph of your spick and span car to give you a firsthand view of our quality service.

As soon as an operator gives your request the go-ahead, the funds from your card will be deducted. An email notification will let you know about this, ensuring you are kept informed every step of the way. Your data is held securely and under the safeguard of encryption via Stripe.com.

Should there be a need for you to revoke or change your reservation for our Cleaning Services, you can do so. Just notify us before the contract is finalised, i.e., before you get the Order Confirmation or within a fortnight from the date of booking the service – the Cooling-off Period.

You don’t need to provide a reason if you’re simply changing your mind, and we’ll process a full refund for you. To initiate the cancellation process, send us a clear written statement through the platform. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation and confirm it back to you promptly, using a durable medium such as email.

We offer the flexibility to schedule service anytime throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, between the convenient hours of 7 am and 7 pm.
